2026 South Dakota Arts Conference
Presenter Session Information
Arts South Dakota and the South Dakota Arts Council are thrilled that you are interested in presenting at the State Arts Conference on April 25, 2026, in Rapid City at the Hotel Alex Johnson.
During the 2026 State Arts Conference, six professional development components will include seminars, workshops, and panel discussions.
KEY DATES
- Proposals open September 15-November 1, 2025
- Notifications of proposal selection will be made in December.
- Conference registration opens: February 1, 2026
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
All proposals must include a minimum of three (3) learning objectives. These should be clear, concrete, and have direct applicability to the field.
FORMAT
Each session length is set to 1 hour. We are seeking as fully-formed a session description as possible. Note: the pre-conference sessions will focus on Arts & Health. We are not looking for that topic for the conference.
