All entries, along with the Entry Form, will be accepted Monday, October 3 through Friday, October 7
between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Entries must include a brief biographical profile and a release authorizing the SDHCA to reproduce any winning entry for promotional purposes without compensation to the artist.
