RAPID CITY, SD – The Rapid City Arts Council announces the next Emerging Visual Artist exhibition, WICOWOYAKE ITOWAPI UN OYAKAPI Photographic Storytelling from the Boys and Girls Club of Rosebud and Five Corners Collective. An opening reception will be held on May 3 in the Bruce H. Lien Cultural Café & Gallery at the Dahl Arts Center. The artwork presented includes a 31-foot-long and 10-foot-wide visual representation of a Lakota kinship circle welcoming technology into its midst.
