It’s photographer Aaron C Packard’s birthday, but he’s feeling old and expired… Coincidentally, while preparing for the launch of Fotolab No.7, Aaron discovered a box of old and expired film. To prevent this film from going to waste, to battle existential dread, and to celebrate his birthday, Aaron is inviting you to join him on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Fotolab No.7, 7 Center St, Vermillion, SD. Bring along a working 35mm camera or medium format camera, and you will receive a free roll of old and expired film while supplies last. At 3:15 Aaron will lead you on a short downtown group photo walk to take photographs. After returning to Fotolab No.7 for birthday cupcakes, you’ll drop off your film with the option to purchase your negatives, prints, or digital copies.
