Presented in partnership with the South Dakota Music Therapy Association, this session offers a real-world look at how music can support healing, wellbeing, and community impact. Three musicians and educators will share their journeys into music therapy, what it takes to get started, and how this work shows up locally—from full-time careers to opportunities for independent artists. Built for working musicians and students, the session wraps with a live, interactive demo—step in and experience music therapy in action
