The Brookings Arts Council is pleased to announce the Frost Fest Art Market, taking place on Saturday, February 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Brookings Arts Council.
Frost Fest is a curated art market highlighting handmade and artist-designed work. The event will feature booths from artists, makers, and designers offering original goods that they personally create and sell.
