Experience downtown Spearfish transformed into a vibrant, walkable gallery during the Spearfish ArtWalk. Starting on June 20, local businesses throughout Main Street will showcase artwork from artists of all ages and experience levels, with displays remaining up through June 28. Visitors are invited to explore participating spaces, meet artists during the opening reception, and celebrate creativity woven throughout the heart of the community.
This year’s ArtWalk also features artwork created through the Canyon Hills Visiting Artist Program, a collaboration between the Matthews and Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota, supported in part by an Arts Midwest GIG Grant. By bringing together youth artists, regional creators, businesses, and community members, the Spearfish ArtWalk creates a unique opportunity to experience art beyond traditional gallery walls while celebrating the creative spirit of the Northern Black Hills.
