Artist Alley Vendor Application – NIC FEST 2025
June 6th-8th, 2025
We are excited to invite you to be part of NIC Fest 2025, a vibrant and much-anticipated festival in Casper, Wyoming that celebrates the best of local arts, culture, music, and food. As a vendor, you have the opportunity to showcase your unique products/services, connect with festival attendees, and be part of this beloved community event. Your participation will make this experience even more special.
Booth spaces (10x10ft) are $300 for three days, June 6-8, 2025. I’ve attached printable paper applications and I am including a link to the online application form (https://forms.gle/hhvK54AG3W5Z6omPA), both of which have all the details. If you’d prefer to talk, please do not hesitate to call us at (307)235-5247 and ask for Cassie or Kelby, our event coordinators, or email them at cassie@thenic.org or events@thenic.org. Printed applications can be scanned and emailed to Cassie, as well. Our regular business hours are 10am-5pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Our exhibitions technician, Mark, may call to follow up and make sure this email went through to you alright.
