Mitchell Area Arts Presents SMALL WORKS during the Frost Jam 2024
A Small Works Gallery consisting of donated artwork within the guiding dimensions of 6″x6″x6″ (or 6 Squared) is being accepted for the Mitchell Area Council of the Arts’ annual Frost Jam Fundraising event. Supporting creatives, crafters, and artists of all disciplines are encouraged and respectfully asked to donate a small canvas, or artwork within these dimensions to be sold for $36 each to benefit the Mitchell Area Arts. This smaller, collectible size and reasonable pricing makes it an excellent starting point for new collectors looking to build their personal galleries and support the arts.
Feel free to use paper, canvas board or canvas, and really have fun with it. Wetwork , audio and digital are not accepted. If you are within the Mitchell Area, we have 100 canvases to hand out while supplies last. These can be picked up from 401 Create or contact dannamkolbeck@gmail.com for other local pick up.
Please send completed pieces with Artist Name, social and title to: Mitchell Area Arts 1605 N Minnesota St Mitchell SD 57301. Local drop off is also available, just message the council on Facebook or email dannamkolbeck@gmail.com or MitchellareaArts@gmail.com
Absolute final drop off of accepted works is November 8th as they will be hung the holiday weekend.
