We have a full day of community events at Full Circle Book Co-op in honor of Trans Day of Action. From 12 – 3, enjoy a potluck and clothing exchange. People of all gender expressions are welcome to bring their surplus clothing and trade out for some new threads. (Please label food with any common allergens.) Then from 3 – 5, local trans artists will showcase their work, with time for open discussion. At 5 there will be a show featuring local trans artists and musicians with an open mic to follow (all voices are welcome to share the stage.) Sioux Empire DSA will be distributing literature and soliciting signatures on a letter to our representatives addressing legislature that represses Trans Rights and Bodily Autonomy. Join us for a day of fun, community and expression – solidarity forever!
