This 3-week workshop introduces participants to keeping journals. We'll talk about how journal-keeping can benefit physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, discuss different kinds of journaling with tips, and we'll write together using prompts. The Journaling workshop will be led by Marcella Remund.
