Barn Quilts are a ‘thing’ in the eastern US but they are slowly gaining popularity here in the Northern Plains. A Barn Quilt is a quilt square design painted on wood and hung on your barn. (or your wall, you pick!) Northern Prairie Arts is bringing a Barn Quilt Painting Class to Watertown on May 17th. You’ll pick the design you want to paint & Tammy does all the hard work for you – you’ll walk in and start painting! We’ll feed you lunch & make sure you have snacks since painting IS hard work… you’ll paint, visit, check out what everyone else is doing and leave with your finished Barn Quilt, ready to hang!
Mother’s Day is coming – wouldn’t Mom love to take the class with you or receive a Barn Quilt that you painting for her??? Ask us for a gift certificate if you want one!
Please note the registration deadline is Monday, April 28th so Tammy has enough time to do all the prep for you. Looking forward to seeing a room full of Barn Quilt painters!
