Chasing Tables documents Jordan Taylor’s journey to becoming a chef and business owner. Taylor co-owns Bread & Circus, En Place Catering, Pizza Cheeks, and Perch. After studying and working in the Portland, Oregon food scene, Taylor was one of the first to bring the farm-to-movement to Sioux Falls.
Tickets are required for this event. The screening is free and open to the public. Drinks will be available for purchase.
