This event targets youth ages 10 and under who attend SiouxperCon for free on Family Day.  Seeking to engage reluctant young readers, author and illustrator Brian Middleton, creator of the middle grade graphic novel,   Poiko – Quests and Stuff  will engage attendees with a talk and Q&A. Attendees of all ages will be able to meet the author and the youth attending will receive a free copy of the book.

Note:  The book give-away and author signing will take place at 11:00 in the Kidzone in the Sioux Falls arena.  At 3:00, Brian will be in Panel Room 1 as he discusses the making of his graphic novel and answer questions from readers young and old.
