The Mayor’s Disability Awareness and Accessibility Review Board (DAARB) is hosting it’s 11th Annual exhibit and artist reception at The Underground by Rehfeld’s in Sioux Falls. The show features artwork by various local artists with disabilities, music, snacks and refreshments.
