Planning is getting underway for 2024! Again this year, we’re inviting artists from around the country to apply for this juried showcase of dynamic fine art in downtown Hill City, SD.
The Hill City Arts Council (HCAC) seeks art intended primarily for beauty which requires highly developed techniques and skills to produce. Every application and form of art will be considered by the Jurors; we welcome and appreciate all mediums of art.
The Hill City Arts Council (HCAC) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization serving the Hill City community. Our mission is to enrich the cultural life of the area by nurturing and supporting excellence in the arts and by providing opportunities for area citizens, students and visitors to experience the arts in its myriad of forms.
