The Festival in the Park has been celebrating artists for over 40 years with one of the largest outdoor summer arts and music festivals in the upper Midwest. Presented by the Matthews Opera House and Arts Center, this event is one of the favorite summer traditions in the Black Hills and the Matthew’s largest fundraiser of the year. Join us on Saturday, July 20 from 9 am-6 pm and Sunday, July 21 from 10 am–4 pm in Spearfish City Park to shop at nearly two hundred fine art, craft, and food booths!
Saturday, July 15: Vendors Open 9 am – 6 pm
Sunday, July 16: Vendors Open 10 am – 4 pm
With 18 food vendors serving an eclectic variety of cuisines, there’s something sure to please any appetite. Free live onstage entertainment from local and regional artists is available daily.
