The fourteenth annual Black Hills Film Festival is kicks off on September 29 at 6 pm with a VIP Gala at the Hill City Center in Hill City. Buffalo Chili will be served, a film about Native Buffalo herds will be screened, networking with Celebrity Guests and filmmakers follows along with Live Music at the Lemongrass Bar next door.
