Practicing watermedia artists use a Prospectus as a guide to enter their artwork in painting contests. NorthStar Watermedia Society’s Prospectus is such to provide a procedural guide to enter our National Juried Art Exhibition. Read and prepare carefully. Please contact any of the identified persons in the guide if you have any questions. Registration begins June 1, 2021 and closes August 1, 2021 at midnight.

EXHIBITION CALENDAR
• June 1 to August 1 – Entries accepted until midnight August 1
• Tuesday, August 17 – Acceptance notification and shipping instructions
• August 30 – September 3 – Receive unframed paintings to be framed by Artists’ Choice
• September 7-17 – Shipped framed paintings received by Artists’ Choice
• September 21, 10am-1pm – Hand delivered paintings received
• Thursday, September 23 – Opening of exhibition
• Sunday, October 10, 2-4pm – Artist reception and award ceremony or virtual awards
• Friday, November 5, 10am-1pm – Pick up hand-delivered paintings
• Friday, November 12 – Latest date unsold paintings shipped back
