WHAT: Rapid City Arts Council is Seeking Exhibition Proposals
WHERE: Rapid City Arts Council at the Dahl Arts Center
WHY: Bringing ART + PEOPLE together

The Rapid City Arts Council (RCAC) continually accepts submissions for exhibitions from emerging and established artists in all media for solo or collaborative shows. In addition, we accept submissions from guest curators and collectors. We strive to engage the public in dialogue about issues and ideas that affect our communities as expressed by contemporary art. We provide opportunities for the public to interact and learn about art, artists and artistic processes.

Once proposals are submitted, they go through a review process by the curator, assistant curator, and then are sent on to the Exhibition Committee. The committee meets once a month and typically responses are sent within a few weeks. Emerging Artist proposals should be submitted to our education director, Katie Wolff. This includes those artists who do not have an exhibition history.
