Please note that the competition is virtual this year so we will NOT be printing a flag. The student will receive a prize package instead.
Deadline will be Feb. 17, 2021.
Guidelines:
- Design a 3’X 5’ flag or banner based on the theme “Art Connects Us”.
- Include the name of the state in the flag design.
- Design can be VERTICAL or HORIZONTAL format, as long as it fits in the box on this form.
- Include the words “Youth Art Month” if possible.
