This will be Jean Selvy-Wyss’s first solo exhibition at the Dahl Arts Center. This educational exhibition will show guests the process of creating a tapestry from imagination to the final product. There are many steps to Jean’s process, including photography, sketches, paintings and cartoons. The use of these help Jean capture the essence of her image and create the final weaving. Some of her original paintings will be included in this exhibition alongside the finished tapestries. In addition to the paintings and weavings, Jean will have a video demonstrating the full process of her work. This exhibition will be located in the Brennan Gallery at the Dahl Arts Center.
