Join us this Thursday, November 19 at 7:30pm CT and explore Japanese folk music with Hikaru in a special concert. Hear instruments like the 3-string shamisen, the high-pitched shinobue flute, and the rumbling taiko drums as well as traditional singing and dance.

Since 2003, Arts Midwest World Fest has brought international musicians to communities throughout the Midwest. This year, when we can’t be with you in person, we’re still bringing music and culture from around the world to your screens. Throughout October and November, join us as we release videos featuring three incredible international music ensembles. Think global, hear it local, with World Fest.
