BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES NEW LOCATION

 

The Black Hills Bluegrass Festival is excited to announce our move to the Rush No More RV Resort and Campground located off I-90 Exit 37 near Sturgis.  It is just one mile from our previous location.  The Rush No More Campground has wonderful facilities and offers a large number of RV and tent camping sites as well as some deluxe sites and cabins, swimming pool and a play area for kids.  There is a lovely concert area with shade trees, a covered pavilion, a couple of indoor areas for jamming and a large building in case of rain.  For camping reservations call 605-347-2916 or email info@rushnomore.com, website www.rushnomore.com.

 

Dates for the 39th Annual Black Hills Bluegrass Festival are June 14, 15, 16, 2019.  Featured bands are Dave Adkins Band from Kentucky;  Midnight Flight from Missouri;  Blue Canyon Boys, The Stanleytones and The Cody Sisters from Colorado.

 

Tickets are available for a single show, all day Saturday or the whole weekend.  Shows are scheduled for 6:30 Friday evening, 1:30 and 6:30 on Saturday.  There will be instrumental workshops hosted by the band members on Saturday morning and kids activities are planned for Saturday afternoon.  The Gospel Music Show on Sunday morning is from 10 am till noon, with a free will offering.

 

Food will be available for purchase from the campground kitchen throughout the festival.  Breakfast will be available both Saturday and Sunday morning.

 

No Dogs or Coolers are allowed in the concert area.
