To hear an acoustic quartet reach a level of dynamic and thematic intensity like The Two Tracks do is an immeasurably rewarding experience. The Matthews Opera House\, CAT Scratch Studios and Creative Explorations Nonprofit invite you to join us for restful sound meditations throughout the school year and into June. Mark your calendars now. You will experience the offerings of four different practitioners throughout the series. Each of the meditations in this Self–Care Series include crystal singing bowls as well as other gentle and soothing sound therapy.\nOnce a month\, plan your second Sunday at the Matthews Opera House to escape the day to day hustle. Rest and enjoy the experience of the subtle energies of vibrational healing. Sessions may include light yogic warmups that are gentle and appropriate for all ages and abilities.
