SUMMARY:Artists Speaker Series
DESCRIPTION:Capacity Interactive | Six Things Generative AI Does Well\nTuesday\, May 5\n12:00-1:30PM CT / 11:00AM-12:30PM MT\nREGISTER TODAY!\n \nGenerative AI is moving fast. Arts organizations move with intention. So where does this technology genuinely fit?\n\nThis session explores six core capabilities where generative AI consistently adds value in arts administration and marketing. Through real\, arts-based examples and live demonstrations\, we’ll look at how these tools can accelerate research\, sharpen messaging\, synthesize feedback\, pressure-test strategy\, and personalize communication without replacing human judgment. \nRather than hype or tool comparisons\, the focus is on practical application. Where AI is strong. Where it falls short. And how to experiment thoughtfully\, with oversight and integrity. \nParticipants will leave with a clear mental model for evaluating AI opportunities and concrete\, low-risk ways to begin using it in their own organizations. \nAbout Jen:\nJen Taylor\, Director of AI Strategy & Integration \n\nJen leads AI at Capacity\, a marketing consultancy serving more than 300 arts and cultural organizations annually. With 15+ years in audience growth across theater\, media\, and streaming\, she began her career in nonprofit and commercial theater before leading digital audience development at A+E Networks\, where she helped scale a $50M+ direct-to-consumer business. \nAt Capacity\, Jen helps arts organizations move beyond AI experimentation toward practical\, mission-aligned adoption. A marketer by background\, she approaches AI not as a technical novelty\, but as a strategic thought partner that can clarify audience challenges\, uncover insight\, and support smarter decision-making.
